Gordman has served as an independent director on a number of boards of companies in the consumer space as well as other industries, and currently serves on three boards. Upon completing a two-year consulting engagement in 2020, Gordman was invited to join the board of AML Foods, a Bahamian public company that operates a variety of retail formats including grocery stores, warehouse clubs, and Domino’s Pizza franchises. Gordman also serves on the board of Elevator, which develops and operates co-warehousing facilities concentrated in the midwestern U.S., and provides consulting services to the company. Finally, Gordman serves on the board of Murdoch’s Ranch and Home Supply, which operates large format stores in the Western U.S.

AML Foods Limited is a publicly-traded retailer listed on the Bahamas International Stock Exchange. The company operates grocery, warehouse club and food stores under the Solomon’s, Solomon’s Fresh Market, Cost Right and Domino’s Pizza brands.
Murdoch’s Ranch and Home Supply, headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, is a privately-held, highly differentiated retailer operating large format stores in the Western U.S.
Elevator provides flexible co-warehousing and co-working for entrepreneurs, blending office, warehouse, and community resources to help small businesses grow. Elevator offers shared office suites, private warehouse units, on-demand labor support, and a strong business community with educational events, serving e-commerce brands and creatives needing scalable physical space and business tools.

Hayneedle was a $300 million revenue, venture capital-backed online home furnishings and decor retailer that was sold to Jet.com in 2016. It is currently a subsidiary of Wal-Mart.
Regency Beauty Institute was a leading operator of post-secondary cosmetology schools. Its 88 campuses were primarily located in high-traffic shopping centers, and had the look and feel of an upscale hair salon. Revenues expanded more than 7-fold during board tenure, reaching $100 million in 2010.
H3C provides innovative remote in-home monitoring and care coordination solutions that improve the quality of care and lower medical costs for individuals with chronic and severe illnesses and for seniors living independently.
Insight2Design is a multi-channel pioneer in the outdoor camping equipment industry. The company operates three business units: a product development company whose clients include some of the largest retailers in the world; an e-commerce business through which it sells its proprietary brands; and I2D Licensed Brands through which it designs and sells tents, lighting, seating and related camping products for national brands.
Consulting
JGA, leveraging nearly three decades of operating and board experience with respect to turnarounds, rapid growth strategies, repositioning strategies, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings, provides consulting services to companies on strategic planning, marketing strategy, leadership, culture, mission/vision/values framework, talent management and business intelligence. JGA also works with private equity firms in an operating partner capacity.

This program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession and the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches.
Gordman specializes in enabling clients to realize their full potential regarding their physical, financial and business health. He is trained to facilitate transformational conversations, assisting clients to gain insight on how to accomplish their goals. Coaching from a place of presence and active listening, Jeff utilizes tools like embodiment, powerful questions, mirroring, values and strengths spotting to help clients gain clarity on the specific topic and desired outcome for each session, as well as on designing an action plan that moves clients closer to their goals.
From a business perspective, Gordman provides executive coaching on topics including leadership, delegation, time management, engaged workplaces, caring cultures, coaching and mentoring teams, mission/vision/values frameworks and strategy.
On a personal level, Gordman is extremely passionate about health and wellness, and specifically on leveraging biohacking strategies to optimize energy, clarity, longevity, and a healthy lifespan. Financial independence and related topics are additional areas of focus.
